📋 Description

• Support the design of web and mobile experiences blending UX and UI sensibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in concepting and ideation

• Lead production of design deliverables under the guidance of the design lead

• Ensure all deliverables and outputs are of the highest level of quality and precision

• Participate in workshops, presentations, and reviews

• Seek opportunities to expand your skills and capabilities within the agency

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience designing and prototyping for web and mobile

• A strong portfolio demonstrating skill, craft, thinking, and experience

• Experience with UI patterns, design systems, grids, typography, and brand principles

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe CS

• Natural ability to communicate and present

• Familiarity with service design, design thinking, ideation workshops, and concept sprints

• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and SEO best practices

• Personal perspective on design’s ability to shape business, brands, and relationships

• Working knowledge of front-end code, frameworks, and constraints
