• Develop and implement creative assets for various marketing channels including paid ads, website, social media, email campaigns, and branding initiatives
• Ensure design work adheres to Directive’s brand guidelines while incorporating fresh and innovative ideas
• Produce static graphics, motion assets, and video edits to enhance Directive’s brand presence across different platforms
• Format and deliver files according to digital platform requirements, ad placements, and occasional print projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and adjust designs based on performance metrics
• Stay updated on design trends and propose creative concepts suitable for B2B marketing experimentation
• Quickly revise and enhance work based on feedback while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence
• Juggle multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting
• Assist with larger branding projects as needed and requested by the Senior Designer
• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate displaying bold design capabilities
• Portfolio showcasing skills in static and motion design for business projects, with a focus on B2B or digital marketing is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy across different platforms
• Passion for design, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines with agency-level efficiency
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to refine work based on feedback and explore new creative formats
• Video creation skills and experience in designing assets for digital channels are advantageous
