• Develop static graphics and simple motion creative for various digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Generate engaging visual concepts and adapt them based on data and client input.

• Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and strategists to execute advertising campaigns effectively.

• Maintain brand guidelines while exploring innovative creative approaches.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends and eCommerce visual aesthetics.

• Contribute to moodboards, storyboards, and creative brainstorming for upcoming projects.

• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Optimize creative assets based on performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and thumb stop.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital graphic design, preferably in performance marketing or eCommerce.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.

• Experience in designing for Meta and TikTok Ads, with a preference for static and simple motion graphics.

• Familiarity with platform-specific creative best practices.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating performance ads, social graphics, and branding projects.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
