📋 Description

• Create engaging graphics and multimedia for e-learning projects and training aids.

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Transform text documents into visually appealing infographics.

• Ensure all materials adhere to 508 accessibility standards and incorporate UX/UI design principles.

• Work closely with Instructional Designers to enhance cognitive load and learner retention through visual elements.

• Conduct thorough quality checks on completed modules to maintain consistency and compliance.

• Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a library of source files for easy access.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphics and Multimedia Design for courseware development

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creating custom assets

• Strong grasp of 508 compliance and UX/UI design principles

• Background in graphic design, illustration, and animation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments
