• Conceptualize and implement innovative strategies to showcase the organization's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through engaging visual design, storytelling, and content creation
• Produce visual assets for job postings, recruitment events, and employer brand campaigns on various platforms including social media, career sites, and email campaigns
• Develop multimedia content that highlights the company's culture, values, and work environment to attract top-tier talent
• Create promotional materials that bolster recruitment efforts and showcase organizational accomplishments
• Collaborate with recruitment marketing and employer brand teams to ensure consistency in external content reflecting our EVP and brand identity
• Design creative assets like screensavers and visual materials to support key initiatives and campaigns
• Create graphics for internal newsletters and digital communications primarily using Canva
• Coordinate with Talent, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align content with our EVP and brand standards
• Assist in organizing and managing content assets for accessibility and consistency
• Uphold brand integrity across all touchpoints through strategic design and messaging
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience required
• Preferred: 8-10+ years of experience in content marketing or recruitment marketing
• Proficient in visual design using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in video content creation and editing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
• Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike
• Ability to craft compelling content for both external candidates and internal employees
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with multiple stakeholders
