• Develop graphic materials that embody the spirit and essence of the Sundance Film Festival while adhering to style guidelines and established messaging
• Produce a diverse range of assets for print, motion, and digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with year-round graphic designers and partner with the Signage Coordinator and various departments
• Design visually captivating graphics for screen washes, digital signage, social media posts, and advertisements
• Aid in creating additional materials as needed and provide assets to external vendors, partners, and outlets
• Maintain organization, filing, and archiving of all artwork files and compile a detailed written post-Festival wrap report
• Temporary full-time position from Oct 20, 2025, to Feb 2, 2026; willingness to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fully remote role with no requirement for onsite duties
• Authorization to work in the United States
• 2 years of graphic design experience
• Ability to generate various initial design concepts quickly and refine them into finalized designs
• Proficiency in Creative Suite CC, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of printing production methods, fabrication, and installation
• Creative and adaptable in graphic design projects
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills, including self-management of work schedule
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to produce visual content
• Skilled in presenting designs, incorporating feedback, and problem-solving
• Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with printing partners to ensure deliverable quality
