• Coordinate graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and create high-quality graphic materials for Sundance Institute programs in both print and digital media.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to produce graphic advertising assets for various platforms to boost ticket sales and showcase the Sundance Film Festival's vision.
• This full-time temporary role, from Wednesday, July 16, 2025, to Friday, January 23, 2026, may require extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines and respond to on-call needs.
• Key responsibilities include designing work specifically for the Sundance Film Festival, crafting visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, and assisting with additional design projects as needed.
• Partner with the Accessibility team to ensure design work meets accessibility standards and collaborate with different departments to fulfill graphic needs.
• Organize, file, and archive artwork files, provide graphic assets to external partners, and complete a detailed wrap report.
• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Proven track record in developing and executing advertising campaigns for brands.
• Ability to generate various design concepts quickly and refine them into final designs.
• Proficiency in Creative Suite CC, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with printing production methods, fabrication, and installation.
• Demonstrated creativity, versatility, excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Animation or motion design skills are advantageous, and legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
