• Responsible for designing and producing signage graphics for the prestigious Sundance Film Festival.
• Develop templated pieces and custom graphics for wayfinding and informational signage.
• Create graphics for both digital and print platforms.
• Coordinate delivery of graphic assets to vendors, partners, and outlets as required.
• Collaborate with Signage Marketing Coordinator and various departments to identify and meet graphic needs.
• Maintain organization, filing, and archiving of artwork files.
• Prepare a detailed post-Festival wrap report as instructed.
• Commit to full-time work from October 20, 2025, to January 23, 2026, with flexibility for extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This is a fully remote position with no onsite responsibilities.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of design experience with a focus on graphics, brand strategy, spatial environments, print design, and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in signage and wayfinding design, as well as material specifications.
• Knowledge of printing production methods, fabrication, and installation.
• Ability to perform photo manipulation on digital images, including resizing, cropping, object manipulation, and color correction.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including self-management of work schedules.
