• Demonstrated expertise as a motion designer in freelance or agency settings

• Proficiency in After Effects, along with skills in Illustrator and Photoshop

• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender is highly advantageous

• Understanding of animation principles including timing, easing, bounce, and squash/stretch

• Strong attention to detail in organizing and managing files

• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback effectively

• Ability to work autonomously and meet project deadlines

• Proficient in spoken English for asynchronous or real-time collaboration
