Graphic Artist

📋 Description

• Create and design graphics for apparel, headwear, and promotional items based on client requirements and brand guidelines.

• Prepare production-ready artwork including color separations, sublimation layouts, clean PNGs, and embroidery-specific designs.

• Develop clear mockups and tech packs for internal and offshore production partners.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality, feasibility, and timely delivery.

• Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and provide regular status updates.

• Generate speculative concepts and social/marketing graphics during slower production periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Artist/Designer in apparel, headwear, or promotional products.

• Portfolio showcasing apparel/merchandise graphics and proficiency in screen-print separations, sublimation layouts, embroidery designs, or DTF artwork.

• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for apparel design workflows.

• Strong understanding of color theory, vector graphics, halftones, trapping, and file management.

• Ability to translate creative ideas into production-ready files and troubleshoot production challenges.

• Excellent English communication skills and experience working remotely.

• Background in outdoor/hunting or motorsports aesthetics, vendor coordination across time zones, marketing design, or CorelDRAW/embroidery digitizing is a plus.

• Monthly salary range of USD $400 - $900 for part-time work (20 hrs/week).
