• Manage a well-organized library of design assets, videos, animations, and brand materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver designs, videos, and animations that meet strategic goals and brand standards.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, quality, and visual storytelling in graphic and video outputs.
• Experience in designing social media posts, email banners, paid ads, and editing video content and motion graphics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously in an agile setting.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in various design tools like Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing creative work in static and motion/video projects, preferably in web3, fintech, tech, or startup sectors.
• Additional skills in Canva, illustration, 3D animation, and understanding of print production processes.
• 3–5 years of experience in Graphic & Motion Design or Video Editing roles.
