• Comfortable creating video content for various channels and interpreting brand guidelines for design purposes
• Experience in storyboarding, developing video concepts, and aligning visuals with marketing goals
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and project organization abilities
• 4+ years of experience in digital, multimedia, or in-house brand design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools, project management tools, review tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of print design
