Graphic Design Specialist

📋 Description

• Create visual designs to effectively convey product function and brand identity across various platforms such as websites, social media ads, presentations, and ebooks

• Collaborate with clients to influence project direction through clear and effective communication

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing strong communication skills to meet deadlines and expectations

• Gather feedback and actively participate in design reviews

• Assist in defining the design message and ensuring consistency and quality in branding, including maintaining templates and resources

• Build relationships with clients to uphold a cohesive brand presence

• Follow EBQ’s processes accurately

• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by supervisor consistently

• Receive training and guidance from management

• Adhere to company policies and values

• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and represent EBQ professionally to clients

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated and disciplined individual with strong oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

• Thorough understanding of design principles

• Proficient in wireframing and UI/UX design

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word

• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

• Familiarity with WordPress, WPBakery, or similar tools is a plus
