• Act as a consultant for AI training data projects with top AI model builders and enterprises, setting success criteria, reviewing outputs, and offering focused guidance to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Define specific quality metrics for different domains and create project-specific SOPs, QA rubrics, and reference materials.
• Evaluate project deliverables against technical standards, identifying and rectifying defects before client delivery, and conducting structured QA assessments on design outputs.
• Provide contractors with detailed remediation notes and offer advice on design tools, workflows, and asset management systems.
• Assist in evaluating technical contractor talent, reviewing samples, offering actionable feedback, and developing targeted training resources.
• Offer expertise on technical scoping and requirements during project initiation, and provide guidance on edge cases and specification changes.
• Develop dashboards or trackers to categorize defects and their recurrence, conduct post-mortems, analyze defect trends, and suggest process improvements or training updates.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in design.
• Possess deep technical knowledge and over 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications.
• Proficient in design principles, visual communication, and advertising effectiveness.
• Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Proven track record of maintaining high technical standards in visual design.
• Strong communication skills for delivering clear technical guidance.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, quality rubrics, or training materials.
• Ability to work within set project timelines and scope.
• Attention to detail, documentation discipline, and commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Fluency in spoken and written English with clear and concise writing abilities.
