Graphic Design Traineeship

📋 Description

• Create digital content for various marketing campaigns such as banners, landing pages, and social media ads

• Assist in producing high-quality assets for global markets

• Customize and adapt visuals for different regions, platforms, and marketing channels

• Collaborate on image editing and optimization for online sales

• Utilize AI technology like Figma, Midjourney, and Adobe AI for efficient design processes

• Conduct creative testing and make iterative improvements based on performance data

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines in all design outputs

• Work within established design systems to maintain visual coherence

• Coordinate with various teams to deliver on-brand, ecommerce-ready assets

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Strive for continuous improvement in design quality, speed, and effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in digital or ecommerce design (internships or trainee roles considered)

• Proficient in Adobe CC software (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign knowledge is a bonus)

• Familiarity with Figma for layout design and responsiveness

• Strong grasp of design principles like layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Interest in data-driven design for conversion optimization

• Ability to handle feedback, adapt to changes, and prioritize tasks effectively

• Enthusiastic about learning new design tools and techniques

• Passion for AI technology, automation, and innovative design solutions

• Experience with video or motion graphics software is a plus (After Effects, Premiere)

• Basic understanding of UI/UX for web or mobile interfaces is desirable

• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, CRO concepts, or A/B testing is a bonus

• Previous experience using AI tools for creative production is advantageous
