⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years designing graphics for apparel brands, preferably focusing on youth, streetwear, or entertainment/creator-driven merchandise.Understanding: Proficiency in fabric treatments, print applications, and garment construction.Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator are essential); experience with Procreate, CLO 3D, or other sketch/modeling tools is a bonus.Awareness: Ability to predict and respond to fashion, pop culture, and content trends relevant to Gen Z and Gen Alpha.Portfolio: Demonstrated portfolio featuring innovative, fun, and relevant graphic work on physical garments.Traits: Detail-oriented, capable of autonomous work, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.Collaboration: Experience collaborating in dispersed teams and across different time zones.
