📋 Description

• Create custom graphics, infographics, and visual aids to enhance technical narratives in federal government proposals.

• Transform complex technical content into visually engaging materials that improve message delivery and readability.

• Work closely with proposal managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to develop graphics aligning with proposal strategies.

• Ensure visual consistency and branding in all proposal materials following company guidelines.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare files for print and digital delivery, ensuring compliance with formatting requirements.

• Stay updated on federal proposal trends and design best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with 1–2 years supporting federal government proposals.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work for government or technical proposals.

• Ability to interpret and visualize technical content effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing priorities under tight deadlines.
