Graphic Designer - Contract

📋 Description

• Company Overview: Legitimate works with the most culturally relevant brands to create physical products with unique digital experiences.

• We are a small and lean team and are looking for a strong, self-starter to help support our marketing and product team.

• You will be working closely with our CEO and Head of Marketing to create effective designs to amplify and support our marketing and go-to-market strategy.

• This position is remote and meetings are regularly scheduled in the US and Japan time zones.

• Flexibility in meeting hours will be required.

• Travel may also required a few times a year for onboarding, in-person planning sessions, client support, and conferences.

• Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and creating compelling designs.

• The designer will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to develop engaging visual assets that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand identity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and other relevant tools.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs.

• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning in the field of graphic design.
