• ROLE SUMMARY: We are in search of a forward-thinking Graphic Designer well-versed in eCommerce and AI design tools to elevate our paid media, email marketing, and acquisition strategies, while also contributing to brand initiatives.
• Responsible for creating impactful visuals for performance-driven channels and email marketing.
• Develop consumer-centric designs that foster engagement and conversions while staying true to our brand identity.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems for marketing and acquisition purposes.
• Collaborate with various teams to test and optimize creatives based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in conceptualizing creative ideas and translating them into impactful visuals.
• Present work in creative reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while upholding quality standards.
• Keep abreast of design trends, AI innovations, and ecommerce best practices.
• Educate internal teams on utilizing AI in design effectively.
• Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience, preferably in ecommerce or consumer brands.
• Proficient in using AI tools to generate creative assets and knowledgeable about email and acquisition design best practices.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience in motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing various design works.
• Possess a keen visual eye, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
