• Our client, a prominent player in the Tech industry, seeks a skilled Graphic Designer II with a flair for creativity and attention to detail. The role entails crafting visually appealing materials for internal communications within various brands and executive teams. From PowerPoint decks to internal reports, the focus is on delivering clear and polished designs. The ideal candidate possesses strong design principles, excels at transforming complex information into compelling visuals, and thrives in delivering top-notch work within strict timelines.
• Please take note: this is a contract role until June 30, 2026, with a high potential for extension based on the client's requirements.
• Responsibilities:
• Design and develop internal presentations, reports, and documents for brands and executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grasp content requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and exude a professional appearance.
• Condense complex or data-heavy content into easily digestible visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
• Offer creative insights to enhance the effectiveness of internal communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Sound grasp of design fundamentals such as typography, color, composition, and layout.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and adeptness at managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in creating internal communications or executive presentations is advantageous.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with project management or workflow tools.
• Knowledge of data visualization and presentation best practices.
