📋 Description

• Take the lead in creating internal presentations, reports, and executive communications for various brands and business units.

• Collaborate closely with senior leaders, internal communications teams, and stakeholders to develop visually appealing materials that effectively convey key messages.

• Ensure brand standards are maintained and elevated across all deliverables, ensuring visual consistency across brands and channels.

• Transform complex, technical, or data-heavy information into visually engaging and easily understandable formats.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with changing priorities, balancing speed and quality.

• Offer creative direction, design best practices, and mentorship to junior and mid-level designers.

• Contribute to refining design processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Possess over 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate, in-house, or agency environment.

• Show advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Demonstrate exceptional design skills in typography, color theory, composition, and layout with a keen eye for detail and polish.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume, high-visibility projects under tight deadlines.

• Experience in designing executive-level communications and multi-brand collateral.

• Exposure to project management or workflow tools.

• Familiarity with data visualization, motion graphics, and advanced presentation design best practices.
