• Generating original graphic designs for seasonal and evergreen collections in softball, volleyball, and basketball
• Creating athlete illustrations and translating them into captivating apparel designs that resonate with fans and athletes
• Working closely with merchandise and equipment teams to develop sideline apparel that reflects brand identity and team requirements
• Designing for internal projects such as influencer kits, VIP gifting, and special initiatives to enhance brand visibility and storytelling
• Ensuring designs meet brand guidelines, manufacturing specifications, and production timelines at the highest quality standards
• Crafting digital assets for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns, including banners, product mockups, landing pages, and promotional graphics
• Generating compelling visuals for social media posts, email newsletters, and paid media to engage and inspire the fanbase
• Collaborating with the merchandise team to create engaging online content that brings product narratives to life
• Maintaining visual coherence across apparel, digital, and marketing executions
• Staying updated on sports, fashion, and lifestyle trends, as well as competitor activities, to inspire innovative design directions that resonate authentically with fans and athletes
• 4-6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors
• Strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics, digital content creation, and product applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and obtain approvals through project management tools like Asana
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Sound knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, and production processes
• Keen awareness of trends in sports, culture, and lifestyle
• Skill in translating data into designs that resonate with athletes and fans
• Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately once or twice per season
