📋 Description

• Create top-notch design solutions to enhance BELAY’s marketing strategies across various platforms and campaigns.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, and other creative materials.

• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring priorities are met, concepts are validated, and deadlines are achieved.

• Develop user-friendly experiences for BELAY websites and landing pages, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Optimize digital assets and web content for improved search performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Yoast SEO.

• Collaborate with external design partners to uphold brand consistency and high-quality standards.

• Stay updated on the latest design technologies, trends, and methods to enhance creativity and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background

• At least 3 years of experience in designing for diverse clients with various deliverables

• Portfolio demonstrating design work across social media, flyers, posters, landing pages, emails, and web designs

• Proficient in adopting new software tools with a creative and forward-thinking design approach

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a bonus

• Strong grasp of layout hierarchy to create visually appealing and easy-to-navigate designs

• Expertise in typography, whitespace, and visual composition

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
