• Develop innovative concepts and oversee the production process for various materials such as direct mail, brochures, marketing collateral, event invitations, print ads, and flyers.
• Manage and oversee the progress of diverse projects including eNewsletters, business cards, and event promotions.
• Collaborate with content creators to craft impactful branded content like e-books, white papers, infographics, and videos.
• Contribute to the brainstorming and implementation of digital ads, internal branding elements, support materials, social media content, and other engaging materials.
• Coordinate with external partners for project execution spanning print, direct mail, giveaways, and more.
• Monitor the progress of individual projects from conception to distribution, ensuring timely completion.
• Uphold the integrity of Businessolver's brand identity throughout all materials and communications.
• Work closely with the marketing team on strategic and creative initiatives, completing tasks to support campaign objectives.
• Organize and maintain files of all materials and electronic documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Utilize project management systems to efficiently manage and track all work progress.
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of professional graphic design experience in print, web, and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Display exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in all tasks.
• Ability to effectively multitask and meet multiple project deadlines on a daily basis.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills to work efficiently with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Submission of a compelling portfolio is required for consideration.
