📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer will play a key role in the modernization of accession training for Navy Steelworker (SW) and Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) ratings.

• Responsibilities include providing essential graphic design and marketing support.

• The role involves creating and developing a wide range of media to enhance interactive multimedia courseware.

• The Graphic Designer will be crucial in supporting various instructional approaches and strategies.

• This is a 100% remote position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must successfully pass a background check.

• Proficiency in the latest versions of graphic software programs is required.

• Familiarity with SCORM and Section 508 compliance is necessary.

• Knowledge of the principles of graphic design and color illustration is essential.

• Experience with graphic design software applications such as Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc. is preferred.

• Strong skills in time management, team-building, digitally retouching images, and effective communication are required.

• Ability to work with diverse clientele, learn and apply new software, maintain project files, review narrative material, establish effective working relationships, present ideas to a large audience, troubleshoot within graphics application software, and use time effectively is expected.
