• Utilize expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to customize templated communications and develop engaging, custom PowerPoint presentations.
• Focus approximately 80% of your role on production work, producing ComPsych-branded materials using corporate templates.
• Manage internal client relationships, providing clear and timely updates on job status and delivery dates.
• Apply our branding strategy consistently across all work to ensure a cohesive and professional look.
• Use strong typographic and layout skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, to produce high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance processes and stay current with graphic design trends and software.
• Possess 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting, with a Bachelor's degree required (BFA preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills being highly beneficial.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational, project, and time management abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, work on both Mac and PC platforms, and storytelling through video is a bonus.
• Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a BFA preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office essential, with strong PowerPoint skills highly beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational, project, and time management abilities.
