• Focus approximately 80% of your role on production work, producing ComPsych-branded materials using corporate templates.
• Manage internal client relationships, providing clear and timely updates on job status and delivery dates.
• Consistently apply the branding strategy across all work to maintain a cohesive and professional look.
• Utilize strong typographic and layout skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, to produce high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance processes and contribute to team success.
• Stay updated on the latest graphic design trends and software to share knowledge with colleagues.
• Ideally have 2+ years of graphic design experience in a collaborative team setting.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a BFA.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is essential, with strong PowerPoint skills being advantageous.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and effective project and time management abilities.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working on both Mac and PC platforms.
• Bonus points for storytelling through video to convey compelling narratives.
