• Deliver quality graphic design work that exceeds client expectations

• Collaborate with team and stakeholders for program requirements

• Develop graphic artwork in various media

• Use software for video editing, animation, desktop publishing, and web design

• Provide original designs for marketing materials with limited supervision

• Review materials and recommend improvements

• Maintain graphic materials library

• Adhere to compliance laws and policies

• Combine creativity and functionality for informative content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic art or related career field

• 4 years of relevant experience

• Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis

• Possess an eye for visual design to increase visual appeal of training courses

• Possess basic project management skills

• Possess effective communications skills

• A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
