📋 Description

• Design and produce graphic pieces aligned with the brand's branding.

• Create visual content for:

• Meta Ads

• TikTok Ads

• YouTube Ads

• Web

• Email marketing

• Video editing for ads and social content.

• Develop conversion-oriented ads (creative performance).

• Land and execute the new visual identity that the company will implement.

• Manage a high volume of weekly deliverables.

• Direct collaboration with marketing, copywriting, and paid media teams.

• Essential use of generative AI applied to design (a large part of the work must be resolved with AI).


⛳️ Requirements

• +2 years of experience in graphic design (essential).

• Demonstrable experience in design for ecommerce.

• Experience in video editing.

• Mastery of design tools:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Illustrator

• InDesign

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects

• (CapCut accepted for basic tasks)

• Excellent aesthetic judgment and visual storytelling.

• High organizational capacity and adherence to deadlines.

• Advanced use of AI applied to design (critical requirement).

• Valuable (not exclusive) ➕ Experience in creative performance.

• ➕ Packaging design.

• ➕ Knowledge of Shopify.

• ➕ Experience in Klaviyo and email layout.

• ➕ Experience working with a high volume of ads.
