Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and finalize a variety of graphic assets for various digital platforms, such as digital ads, social media graphics, email assets, and landing pages. Manage design requests, project timelines, and maintain an organized asset library to enhance team efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to create impactful PowerPoint presentations. Enhance existing templates to ensure professional and consistent pitch materials.

• Lead the design and production of physical marketing materials like flyers, white papers, tradeshow materials, and branded merchandise.

• Evolve current brand foundations by establishing new style guidelines and design standards to support visual needs and maintain brand consistency.

• Coordinate with the Email Marketing Specialist on campaign creative and collaborate with Product Designers to align marketing visuals with the in-app user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a dynamic start-up, insurance, or tech setting

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent technical design certification

• Diverse design portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience working collaboratively in a team structure with Product and Marketing specialists

• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and ensure files meet company standards

• Excellent organizational skills and effective prioritization in a high-production environment
