• Produce impactful visual content for federal government proposals while ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Develop custom graphics, infographics, conceptual diagrams, process flows, and visual aids to enhance technical narratives.
• Simplify intricate technical information into engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, technical writers, SMEs, and stakeholders to align graphics with proposal strategies.
• Maintain visual consistency and adhere to branding guidelines across proposal materials.
• Handle multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Prepare files for both print and digital delivery, ensuring proper file format, size, and resolution.
• Keep abreast of federal proposal trends and design best practices.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, with at least 1–2 years supporting federal government proposals.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work for government or technical proposals.
• Ability to interpret and visualize technical content effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing shifting priorities under strict deadlines.
• Fully remote position.
• Role is a 1099 Contract.
