• Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media, presentations, web, conferences, and print materials while staying on-brand.
• Develop a library of editable templates in Canva and/or Figma for internal team use to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to understand design needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.
• Manage project timelines efficiently to deliver designs on time.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a versatile portfolio (B2B and/or behavioral health experience preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Canva, with the ability to create user-friendly templates.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot email and landing page design, branding, social media design, and a background in B2B and/or behavioral healthcare.
