• Translate raw creative concepts into various ad creatives, sales presentations, social media graphics, and more while ensuring consistency with the brand's identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to contribute to brand development across multiple channels.
• Must be available every working day between 8 am and 12 pm EST.
• Enhance briefs into branded presentations and design multiple sales decks for Insense.
• Convert rough ideas into polished visuals for approximately 30 blog articles per month.
• Develop social media visuals including LinkedIn carousels, Twitter images, and other content at a rate of approximately 15 per month.
• Create and layout eBooks, guides, and cheatsheets at a frequency of 5–8 per month.
• Design website elements such as banners, pop-ups, and other graphics at a rate of 5–10 per month.
• Design and optimize HubSpot email templates and develop performance-driven ads for digital channels.
• Minimum of 4 years of design experience within B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace industries.
• Demonstrated ability to create materials for corporate or enterprise audiences, including ads and presentations.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar software).
• Skilled in creating visually appealing materials that drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging visuals, particularly with infographics and data visualization.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality designs within deadlines, showcasing speed and reliability.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and seamless incorporation of feedback.
• Remote position with the flexibility to work from any location.
