• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, which may include internships.
• Exhibit proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Display a keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• Familiarity with typesetting, color theory, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to articulate ideas effectively.
• Bonus points for experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and Motion Graphics software such as After Effects.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with project management systems like Monday.com, Clickup, or Asana.
