• Assist in crafting social media content to maintain consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Stay current on design trends and social media advancements to ensure our materials are engaging and up-to-date.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our outreach efforts and create impactful visual stories for our community.
• Demonstrated graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their best practices.
• Comfortable creating promotional and instructional content for camera use.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Accountability and self-awareness in a collaborative setting.
• Technical proficiency with a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
• Experience in photography, drone photography, video editing, and animation are advantageous.
• Residing in the Chicago Metro Area, IL, or DFW, TX area is a plus.
