• Ensuring consistent visual identity for Mitratech across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and client-facing assets.
• Designing captivating graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, webinars, collateral, events, and other digital marketing channels.
• Enhancing client-facing slide decks in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides to support marketing, sales, and stakeholders.
• Editing webinars and videos using Premiere Pro, implementing animations to elevate products and marketing materials.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to establish a unified visual identity.
• Keeping up with the latest design trends, especially in the SaaS and B2B technology sector.
• Working with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, propose creative solutions, and deliver high-quality designs promptly.
• Actively seeking opportunities to enhance design processes, tools, and techniques for improved efficiency and output quality.
• 3-4 years of brand and graphic design experience in a SaaS B2B technology company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Proficient in Premiere Pro for webinar and video editing.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience with animation software like After Effects is a bonus.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and landing page layout.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, digital marketing assets, and animation projects.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and project ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
