📋 Description

• The Monad Foundation is looking for a skilled Brand/Graphic Designer

• Responsible for creating engaging graphics and visual content

• Work closely with Design and Ecosystem teams to develop creative assets

• Design and deliver a wide range of creative assets

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

• Interface with external teams for branding and design guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in brand and graphic design

• Skilled in graphic design for marketing and web collateral

• Strong visual portfolio showcasing a range of design work

• Remarkable time management, efficiency, and organization skills

• Autonomous and self-motivated, can quickly assess needs and take action

• Thrive in fast-paced, high throughput environments

• Ability to execute on multiple fronts simultaneously

• Experience with key tooling in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, Jitter, Rive, Lottie

• Nice to have: Web development or other technical experience, Web3 experience, Start-up or consulting experience, Motion design experience
