• Create graphics for various platforms such as websites, social media, emails, digital ads, and packaging
• Develop innovative and polished layouts for brand initiatives and new product introductions
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to generate visual concepts
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and style standards for all assets
• Adjust and refine artwork promptly based on feedback loops

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, (Figma experience is a bonus)
• Showcase a design portfolio demonstrating strong visual concepts and execution
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, color grading, and branding
• Knowledge of UI/UX design is advantageous
• Exposure to performance marketing design (Meta/Google Ads) is a plus
• Previous experience in e-commerce, DTC brands, or startup settings is beneficial
