• **Website Design & UX:** Enhance styles, implement UX improvements, and design marketing-focused landing pages.

• **Digital & Print Marketing Assets:** Create digital and print assets, contribute to branding projects, and support expo design needs.

• **Brand & Strategic Collaboration:** Maintain brand identity, work cross-functionally, and bring strategic thinking to design decisions.

• **Qualities We’re Looking For:** Curiosity, analytical skills, iterative mindset, and strategic thinking.

• **Qualifications:** Bachelor of Fine Arts, 5+ years of design experience, expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and strong communication skills.

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

• 5+ years of professional design experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design, web/UI/UX work, and print projects.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of web and email design fundamentals, responsive design, and UX best practices.

• Experience working with design systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proven project management skills.

• Ability to deliver high-quality designs within constraints.
