Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing assets for print and digital platforms, such as marketing materials, social media, and web content

• Implement layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to enhance storytelling

• Ensure designs are polished, aligned with the brand, and ready for production

• Collaborate with senior creatives, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to bring creative concepts to life

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and campaign development

• Embrace feedback to enhance work quality

• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and consistency

• Approach design challenges with creativity and problem-solving skills

• Ensure design deliverables meet technical requirements for print and digital outputs

• Maintain organized design files for efficient collaboration

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

• Assist in asset creation and refinement across campaigns and channels

⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase a strong portfolio of design work in both print and digital formats

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a creative or agency setting

• Demonstrate proficiency in layout, typography, and grid-based design principles

• Show attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Familiarity with production processes for digital and print formats

• Experience preparing files for developers, printers, or external vendors

• Curious, inventive, and open to learning and growing within a creative team

• Comfortable with deadlines and feedback in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to embrace production-related tasks
