• JOB TITLE: Graphic Designer
• LOCATION: Remote US
• REPORTS TO: Director, Brand Creative
• Produce impactful digital and print designs within established brand guidelines for high-quality, consistent results.
• Develop creative assets for digital, print, and brand communication needs following Sunbit’s design system and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and comms teams to understand and transform their requirements into compelling visuals.
• Create production-ready files with organized layers, styles, and specifications.
• Adapt master concepts into various formats and sizes to ensure quality and readability across platforms.
• Establish scalable design systems, templates, and libraries to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Manage speed and quality to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Balance creative innovation with business objectives, delivering work on time and within scope.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across time zones with defined core hours.
• Receive clear briefs, prompt feedback, and maintain organized file management.
• Create data-informed creative work with room for craftsmanship.
• Graphic Designer with approximately 3+ years of experience in a design agency or in-house design team.
• Possess a Graphic Design degree or related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.
• Proficient in design software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (knowledge of After Effects is a bonus).
• Passion for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex information into effective designs.
• Capable of executing projects with precision from concept to production.
• Strong collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Proactive, curious mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about design trends and emerging AI technologies.
• Nice to have: Motion graphics in After Effects
• Nice to have: Basic video editing in Premiere Pro
• Nice to have: Basic HTML and CSS for email specifications
• Nice to have: Presentation design in PowerPoint
• Nice to have: Remote work experience
