• The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts and creating digital and print promotional advertising/marketing materials, including brochures, emails, mailers, websites, digital ad campaigns, core selling tools, and video graphics.
• Demonstrating a blend of creative design prowess and technical skills is key for this role.
• This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced team setting, taking ownership of the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of projects.
• Possession of an Associate’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree in a fine arts discipline is preferred.
• At least 1 year of studio experience is required, with a preference for experience in medical communications or a related industry.
• 1-2 years of specific graphic design experience is necessary.
• Familiarity with agency workflow processes is essential.
• Previous background in healthcare advertising agency work is advantageous.
