• Utilize strong visual design skills, including expertise in typography, design thinking, and storytelling, for ad campaigns, branding projects, and various digital and traditional media outputs.
• Collaborate with Copywriters to develop cohesive campaigns that integrate visual and thematic elements seamlessly.
• Manage multiple projects effectively while working both independently and with the creative team, including the Creative Director.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between strategy, content, design, and execution.
• Present work to internal teams and clients for feedback and approval.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and diligently complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized project documentation and stay updated on design trends and industry developments.
• Possess a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Information Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ideally have 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or a related field, with expertise in advertising, brand, traditional, and interactive design.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a love for typography and branding systems.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and continuously seek knowledge and growth.
• Excel in team environments, exhibit self-starting behavior, and showcase proficiency in design programs like Adobe Creative Suite.
