β’ Responsible for developing and enhancing Eye-Ableβs Corporate Identity and visual language
β’ Create and maintain a scalable design system for all touchpoints
β’ Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards across all published materials
β’ Lead the design of websites and landing pages with a focus on UX, accessibility, and conversion
β’ Develop high-performing paid ad creatives and campaign visuals
β’ Collaborate with Growth Content, Product & Sales teams to improve creative performance
β’ Design various marketing assets including eBooks, case studies, pitch decks, and more
β’ Support product launches through visual storytelling
β’ Produce social videos, motion assets, print materials, and event booth visuals
β’ Work closely with Marketing Managers and country teams in Europe
β’ Adapt global brand assets for local markets while maintaining consistency
β’ Serve as the main design contact within Marketing
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Visual Design
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, website design, ads, and editorial layouts
β’ Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
β’ Experience in short-form video editing tools like Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
β’ Knowledge of WCAG, accessible design principles, responsive web design, and UX fundamentals
β’ Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset
β’ Excellent written and spoken English, with good German skills
β’ High attention to detail and quality standards
β’ Desire to progress into a senior brand or creative leadership role
