• Responsible for developing and enhancing Eye-Able’s Corporate Identity and visual language
• Create and maintain a scalable design system for all touchpoints
• Ensure brand consistency and accessibility standards across all published materials
• Lead the design of websites and landing pages with a focus on UX, accessibility, and conversion
• Develop high-performing paid ad creatives and campaign visuals
• Collaborate with Growth Content, Product & Sales teams to improve creative performance
• Design various marketing assets including eBooks, case studies, pitch decks, and more
• Support product launches through visual storytelling
• Produce social videos, motion assets, print materials, and event booth visuals
• Work closely with Marketing Managers and country teams in Europe
• Adapt global brand assets for local markets while maintaining consistency
• Serve as the main design contact within Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Visual Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, website design, ads, and editorial layouts
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience in short-form video editing tools like Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut
• Knowledge of WCAG, accessible design principles, responsive web design, and UX fundamentals
• Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English, with good German skills
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Desire to progress into a senior brand or creative leadership role
