Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Develop visual mood boards for brand identities and campaigns

• Create brand identity concepts, including colors, typography, and imagery, and demonstrate unique logo design skills

• Design campaigns that align with defined strategy and established brand guidelines

• Produce innovative visual assets for print, packaging, advertising, and digital platforms

• Generate final press-ready files for various printing processes

• Design web layouts, online and mobile applications, and collaborate with development teams for effective implementation

• Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams for project alignment

• Review designs for technical accuracy and apply feedback for enhancements

• Present work confidently and engage in creative conversations for collaboration

• Ensure timely project completion and efficient deliverable objectives

• Maintain organized project files and archives

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated graphic design experience with a diverse creative portfolio

• Experience in digital content creation for websites, social media, online advertising, and email campaigns

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro)

• Solid understanding of printing processes, pre-press setup, and file formatting

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to balance creative vision with strategic goals

• Creative application of style guides while maintaining brand identity integrity

• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools, processes, and design challenges
