• Take charge of overseeing the entire packaging design process, from initial concept to pre-production, ensuring a blend of creativity and functionality
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and branding teams to establish packaging requirements, technical specifications, and budget limitations
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive packaging designs, materials, and visual styles to guide the design process
• Transform abstract concepts into captivating design solutions using a variety of 2D and 3D tools, moodboards, sketches, and prototypes
• Create dielines, structural layouts, and production-ready files that comply with technical and brand standards
• Choose suitable packaging materials based on their functionality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with external vendors or internal production teams to evaluate feasibility and address technical challenges
• Ensure all designs adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety requirements for consumer products in target markets
• Present design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders with clear explanations and compelling narratives
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in creative agency settings as a Senior Graphic Designer
• At least 3 years of specialized experience in packaging design for consumer goods
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced skills in packaging design for various consumer industries
• Advanced knowledge of 3D design software like Cinema 4D, Esko Studio, or CAD tools
• Demonstrated expertise in both structural and visual packaging design across diverse sectors such as food, cosmetics, electronics, and lifestyle
• Strong understanding of material options, production processes, and sustainability trends in packaging
• Experience working with different packaging formats like boxes, labels, sleeves, and containers
• Fluency in English (C1+) is essential for effective communication with international stakeholders and presenting work convincingly
