• Responsibilities: Develop and implement content strategies on social media for Kettelsen International Recruiting, Panyeah, TN Visa Advisors, and Grupo AIB.
• Create and post daily content on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram), including texts, images, videos, and blogs.
• Edit videos for promotional, educational, and entertaining content.
• Design attractive and professional graphics for social media posts.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using analytics tools to measure success and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media content aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Graduate in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong skills in video creation and editing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities in Spanish and English.
• Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and projects.
