• Independently creating job entries and verifying files for print jobs.
• Preparing print-ready files for various printing processes (flexo, offset, digital, etc.) and ensuring availability.
• Creating and optimizing print files based on technical specifications and internal guidelines.
• Performing preflight checks and rectifying any identified errors.
• Preparing and conducting approval processes.
• Overseeing print approvals (e.g., press proofs, digital proofs) to guarantee color accuracy.
• Actively contributing to refining and enhancing team workflows.
• Completion of training as a Media Designer (Digital and Print) or possessing an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in prepress, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), DTP software, and prepress workflows.
• Ability to work independently, meticulously, and with a keen eye for quality, while also being a collaborative team member.
