Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Develop visually appealing solutions to meet stakeholders' communication needs, utilizing a blend of creative skills and business acumen.

• Collaborate with IQVIA Digital marketing team members, creative services team, and other stakeholders to produce impactful designs.

• Create compelling designs to attract, engage, and drive sales.

• Source or create images for various creative projects.

• Provide creative/technical guidance and assistance to team members or stakeholders.

• Work with other designers, production, printers, and writers to deliver final products.

• Ensure timely project delivery and monitor the quality of creative elements.

• Review final layouts, suggest improvements, and ensure files are production-ready.

• Contribute to overall quality control, ensuring all elements are checked before printing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in art or graphic design required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or equivalent combination of education, experience, and skills.

• Collaborate with IQVIA teams and services in Canada and internationally, requiring proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Demonstrated experience on multiple platforms (MAC/PC).

• Proficiency in Adobe applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Acrobat, Quark, Suitcase Fusion.

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).

• Layout and typography skills, understanding of design and print production processes.

• Practical knowledge of printing/production procedures.

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

• Detail-oriented with a strong conceptual development sense, communication, research, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a team or independently, prioritize tasks.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.

• Budget-conscious with the ability to accurately estimate project hours.
